My approach is rooted in a humanistic, relational understanding of therapy. I blend psycho-dynamic and psycho-spiritual theories together with solution-focused and mindfulness techniques, to tailor my support to your unique needs. My integrative training enables me to offer holistic therapeutic support, recognising the interconnectedness of who you are, life experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
